Mind Over Matter Wrap Up & Up
April 12th, 2021
April 12th, 2021
Thank you to all of those who made our first ever event, Mind Over Matter, possible! This event was extremely successful as all four openers provided a great intro into our headliner of the event, Tripzy Leary. We are extremely proud of our first event and cannot wait to put on more great streams.
We would like to start off April's post with a synopsis of the event for those who were unable to attend. After overcoming unforeseeable technical difficulties with one of our opening acts equipment, it became time for our first performance to take over the stream!
Abylon started off the event hot with his live stream performance being dedicated to a personal connection that had lost their battle with mental health. Being the youngest performer, and one of the newest to the music scene, he provided a great opening performance and truly set the pace for the rest of the night.
Following Abylon, the partner duo, GMNI, took over the stream and quickly turned up the intensity. These two Cincinnati based DJ’s adapted from performing strictly at live shows to streaming online with Virtuoso Festivals. It was not only our first stream but GMNI’s first live stream also, and they crushed it!
Up next, Psypress. His unique visuals went hand and hand with his sound, which allowed for a very engaging performance that fans had a hard time looking away from. His unmatched vibe allowed for a great preview of the headlining performance and allowed for him to separate himself from other openers.
Closing out the opening acts was the dynamic duo of Levity. Levity was arguably the fan favorite of the event because of their uplifting music/mix and performance energy. The energy that this group had was unmatched by any other performer at Mind Over Matter and truly gave insight into how they perform at live events. Levity concluded the opening acts and allowed for a great entrance into our headliner for Mind Over Matter, Tripzy Leary. Their energy kept viewers engaged as the night progressed.
Mind Over Matter led up to Tripzy Leary’s performance where he concluded the night. Tripzy Leary transported our stream into a new dimension through his captivating visuals and space bass sound. This allowed for a truly unique stream that did not stray away from what Tipzy Leary is known for, allowing viewers to enjoy his performance and end the night pleased. Tripzy Leary's sound was the crisps allowing for a great output to the viewers, one that got their bass shaking.
After concluding Mind Over Matter, we continued to hit the ground running and began searching for our next opportunity. Stay posted for announcements regarding events that Virtuoso Festivals will be hosting. Along with that, we are assisting Up & Up Festivals, the largest college music festival promoter in the US. We will be leading their technical production for Miami University’s Up & Up livestream on April 16th, with headliner Oliver Heldens.

Virtuoso Festivals has spent most of February preparing for our first event, Mind Over Matter on March 13th, starting at 8pm EST. Through the final developments and incorporation of Virtuoso Festivals, we are prepared to provide viewers with an immersive event filled with EDM music!
Virtuoso Festivals Inc. has been incredibly busy since our last blog post. We bet that a few of readers already know why… that's right! As you can tell from our name, Virtuoso Festivals has incorporated into Virtuoso Festivals Inc. as we prepare for our first event on March 13th, Mind Over Matter.
Quickly approaching is Mind Over Matter, where Virtuoso Festivals is self-promoting and hosting a night filled with wubz and dubz. Tripzy Leary, of Wakaan and Cyberdelics record label is headlining the event and will ensure a performance of psychedelic and deep bass music for all to enjoy. Tripzy Leary is streaming live from Canada, where his enticing visuals and beats will fully engage viewers.
Leading up to the headlining performance, are our four opening acts. These performers are up and coming EDM artists, in the pursuit of exposure for their original music and sound. The opening acts consist of Abylon, Pyspress, Levity, and GMNI. These artists are streaming throughout the US and showcasing their unique skills, while simultaneously engaging with and exciting the viewers of Mind Over Matter.
In order to host Mind Over Matter, Virtuoso Festivals has finished developing our streaming platform and it has been released to the public! This platform was built with the intention of providing the most immersive virtual stream possible for music fans. Our goal has led Virtuoso Festivals to identifying key areas that competing platforms are missing or underperforming.
With many live streams lacking in social engagement, platforms like Zoom and Moment House are offering social aspects that separate them from other streaming services. However, many music fans are still left feeling as if they are watching a YouTube video. This has allowed Virtuoso Festivals to craft our unique platform and offer you features that allow for the most immersive virtual concert possible. By offering features in the three main categories that fans look for during live music events: Social, Vendors, and Music we have uniquely crafted our platform. To help show why music fans enjoy Virtuoso Festivals, we have created this customer testimonial video (Check it out here).
Mind Over Matter is being held on March 13th and it begins at 8pm EST! Mind Over Matter is dedicated to raising awareness for mental health related Issues. In order to successfully accomplish this goal, we are dedicating 100% of the profits driven from Mind Over Matter to be donated to The Jed Foundation in support of Mental Health Awareness. For entry into the event, viewers will need to create an account and then purchase either an individual ticket for $5.99 or a ticket + a private group seating promo for $15.99. After purchasing a private group seating ticket, you will have the ability to invite up to seven other festival goers into your private room and interact and watch the stream along with them. You will not want to miss Mind Over Matter, on March 13th so make sure to mark your calendars now!

Virtuoso festivals was founded in April of 2020, in order to revitalize the three main aspects of in-person festivals and concerts to music fans after the industry was disrupted by COVID-19. Virtuoso faces fierce competitors such as: Twitch, Zoom, and YouTube, however, we believe our product features allow us to host the most immersive and engaging virtual festival possible.
Hello everyone and welcome to our very first Virtuoso Festivals Blog post!
We welcome all of you, as this is our first of many blog posts. One of our main goals with our blog posts is to inform Virtuoso Festival fans and stakeholders by keeping them up to date on all news related directly to Virtuoso. As a friendly reminder, if you have not yet signed up for the Virtuoso newsletter, you can do so by clicking here.
As we all know, the music industry was flipped upside down due to COVID-19 and music artists around the world had to quickly adapt to the new conditions they were facing. Many music artists turned to live streams primarily on YouTube, Twitch and Zoom. With the switch to virtually streaming music, however, many of the crucial aspects that music fans desired from in-person events were left behind.
With a mission statement of:
"Virtuoso Festivals aims to revolutionize the livestream virtual festival industry throuigh incoporating as many aspects of in-person festivals and concerts into our platform as possible, allowing for the best virtual experience for our viewers".
Virtuoso Festivals has completed vast amounts of primary and secondary research. We have investigated which aspects of in-person festivals are the most missed and desired. Through surveying 300+ festival goers from around the world, countless number of in-depth interviews, personal experiences, and industry research we discovered the three most important aspects for any in-person festival:
The music
The social aspects
The vendors
These aspects were severely lacking from our competitors, leading to the creation of Virtuoso Festivals! Virtuoso features allow it to be a desired platform for any promoters to host their next virtual festival on.
Through our livestream capabilities we can host multiple streams at a time acting as "multiple stages" at a festival, so you never have to watch a stream you don't like! To incorporate a more enticing social aspect to the festivals on our platform, we have added a full social media network and private group viewing rooms for you and up to seven of your friends. Our e-commerce platforms allows vendors to establish their virtual shop, which gives fans the opportunity to shop participating vendors during any event. Lastly, we have brought back VIP add-ons to allow you to have the opportunity for additional excitement.
We believe that these unique features will allow for our platform to provide an immersive experience that all festival goers are searching for. Event promoters need to be able to separate themselves from other virtual festivals. These features differentiate us from other streaming platforms, such as Twitch and Zoom, allowing us to be the prime venue for your next virtual event. If you are a music festival promoter and want to hold your next festival on Virtuoso, reach out to us directly today at Tim.Hano@virtuosofestival.com
